Steve has strong technical and business qualifications with an impressive track record of more than 15 years hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development and project management. A proven ability to successfully analyze organizations critical business requirements, identify potential new market opportunities, and develop innovative cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitive offerings.
As a member of the governing authority, Steve is an established business planner, finance manager and broker in developing, raising and integrating capital resources for major industry and public projects. He is the founder of armored vests and related products for Law Enforcement applications in North America. He is responsible for research, analysis, development of new markets, and plays a key role in the selection of executive management. He has extensive knowledge and experience with complementary DOD/Military armored vest applications and is an important resource to negotiate large and broad based contracts in both the private and public sectors. He is familiar with a broad range of industries at the C-level and is equally comfortable addressing both union and non-union labor issues and/or affairs.
